I have maintained a regular meditation practice since 1996. While on sabbatical in 2016, i underwent 9 month temporary Buddhist monk vows with Pema Chödrön at Gampo Abbey in Canada. In 2020 i completed 200-hour Mindfulness Teacher Certification (CMT).
